Handwork - Maize husking - Slovenia
I had a stroke 6 years ago and going back to
making different items out of dry corn leaves has
brought happiness into my life.
Craft made out of maize husking has a long tradi-
tion in our region and I enjoy sharing this hand skill
with our stroke clubs members in Lendava.
Since my stroke, I also have held several exhibi-
tions around Slovenia.
