PHOTOGRAPHY DISCLAIMER
The 20th Annual Conference of the International Society for Bipolar Disorders (ISBD 2018) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken during the conference and any additional event organized by the ISBD, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. ISBD may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by the ISBD including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
Any person desiring not to have their photo taken or distributed must contact Ms. Olivia Fine ofine@kenes.com in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph.
The ISBD will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING PRIVILEGES
No photographs, video recording or audio recording may be permitted in the scientific sessions at this Conference unless otherwise authorized by the Scientific Committee or the Conference Chairman.
RECOGNITION, ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS AND INDUSTRY SUPPORT
In accordance with compliance regulations, industry supporting the meeting will be acknowledged separately from the Scientific Program. Industry information will appear on a separate tab on the Conference website.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
Please do not leave any bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside session halls.
SMOKING POLICY
Participants are kindly requested to refrain from smoking in all session rooms, poster areas and exhibition.
CONFERENCE CERTIFICATES
Please note there are no certificates for Poster or oral Presentation. There is a general certificate of Attendance which is also a CME credit claiming certificate if you would like to claim credits. Please visit the CME-CPD Accreditation Conference to download the certificate of attendance.
